About Brandt Silor, Co-owner and Vice President of Elite Property Solutions and Services LLC Brandt Silor began his journey in the construction industry at a young age, working for the same general contractor as his older brother, Taylor. After reaching working age, Brandt quickly rose to the top, gaining valuable experience in general construction while specializing in drywall, interior and exterior painting, and flooring. His dedication to mastering these specialties set him apart early on. After relocating to Asheville, NC, Brandt successfully worked on his own, taking on various projects that further refined his skills. Eventually, he partnered with his brother, Taylor, to co-found Elite Property Solutions and Services LLC. As vice president, Brandt brings his expertise, craftsmanship, and leadership to every project, helping to drive the company's continued success in serving the Asheville community.

About Taylor Silor, Owner and President of Elite Property Solutions and Services LLC Taylor Silor has been immersed in the construction industry from a young age, starting his career in Louisiana while working for a general contractor. During that time, he gained invaluable insights into the many facets of general construction, laying the foundation for his future expertise. After moving to Asheville, NC, Taylor joined V&V Land Management, where he refined his skills in site development, land restoration, technical grading, erosion control, and structural wall building. His work in Asheville allowed him to connect with other talented and specialized builders, eventually forming a network of skilled professionals. This network has become the backbone of his own business, Elite Property Solutions and Services LLC, where Taylor now leads in-house crews that provide top-tier property services to both residents and contractors throughout Asheville. His journey and dedication to craftsmanship and client satisfaction continue to shape the success of Elite Property Solutions.

Christian Cruz, Head Painter & Job Site Supervisor Originally from El Salvador, Christian Cruz has quickly become an integral part of the Elite Property Solutions team. After working with a premier painting company in Asheville, he crossed paths with Taylor and Brandt by chance. Impressed with his exceptional skill and work ethic, they welcomed him onto the team, where he quickly proved himself. As Head Painter and Job Site Supervisor, Christian now oversees job sites when Brandt is not on location, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. His leadership and expertise continue to be vital to the success of Elite Property Solutions.
Demetrick Swindler

Demetrick Swindler, a native of Asheville, NC, became friends with Taylor and Brandt through mutual connections. Initially working in the flooring industry, Demetrick quickly proved that his knowledge extended far beyond floors. Recognizing his talent for client relations and sales, Taylor and Brandt brought him on board as Head of Sales for Elite Property Solutions. Now, Demetrick leads the sales team, using his expertise to connect clients with the right services and ensure smooth, successful project engagements. His deep understanding of the industry makes him an essential part of the team’s continued growth and success.

Hollyn Helms, Office Manager & Receptionist Hollyn Helms started with Elite Property Solutions as a trusted friend, but her skills in office management quickly made her an invaluable asset to the team. With expertise in money management, taxes, scheduling, client handling, and document formatting, Hollyn has become the backbone of our office operations. Now serving as our main office staff, she is ready to handle all aspects of our work and ensure smooth communication with clients, allowing the rest of the team to focus on delivering exceptional service on-site.
